My name is Lucy, I am a professionally registered and accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. I am an experienced therapist who will give you the space in which to explore your issues, with understanding and no judgement.

I am a qualified EMDR psychotherapist, and have worked in the field of mental health helping people find relief and ways to negotiate their problems, for over 15 years. I work in a targeted, caring and empathic way, recognising the joint process of practitioner/client (the therapeutic relationship) to help you achieve your goals.
