My practice is person-centered and trauma-informed.

I believe all difficulties we experience with regard to our mental health are episodes and not a way of life. I see my role as a counsellor being to help you to develop and build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so you can master the art of living without living being a burden.

I help adults who are struggling in life despite trying to do everything right. I work with my clients to identify the cycles they may be caught in to make clear and positive changes in their lives. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from different walks of British life including Asian and Middle Eastern communities.

We are all unique and so are you, you may feel stuck, be struggling with sad feelings or depression, stress at work can leave you feeling anxious and relationships can become difficult and toxic. I see you as the unique individual that you are, I want to offer you a space for yourself in which to consider life challenges in a non-judgemental and safe environment. A place for you where you can talk frankly and confidently without fear with someone that is truly listening and will be there supporting you through the process.
