Hello, thanks for clicking on my profile. I understand how tough it can be to reach out to a counsellor based on my own therapy journey. I offer a free 15-30 minute session online or via the phone so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good match, there is no pressure to commit. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, feeling numb or other mental health challenges, I'm here to support you on your path to feeling better.
The therapeutic relationship is so important for positive outcome and is my top priority. I will put this first and strive to create a space where you feel comfortable to feely express yourself and your feelings.
As a therapist, my approach is open-minded, practical and step-by-step and tailored to your needs. I sometime delve into your past to understand patterns you might have running out of awareness and we can work to update them for your benefit for a happier you.
Together we will work to identify any unhelpful patterns of behaviour or thoughts that might have built up over time. We will work to build a stronger and happier you. Learning to express our feelings in a healthy way to reduce anxiety, stress, depression and connect you to others more deeply.

As an experienced counsellor, I work with a wide range of areas to cater to the unique needs and concerns of my clients. My expertise lies in helping individuals navigate through challenging life experiences and emotions. Some of the most common presenting concerns are anxiety, feelings of isolation/loneliness, feelings of Low Self-Esteem and Self-Worth, Grief and Loss: and i have worked and trained with people facing a terminal or life limiting illness.
I work with navigating the emotional challenges of these issues.
The Expected Number of Sessions can vary from person to person, depending on the nature and severity of their issues. In general, I typically recommend an initial assessment session to better understand the client's needs and goals and we can take it week by week, sometimes weekly sessions are the best way or fortnightly, whatever your needs and budget.
I believe in a client-centered approach, and the number of sessions will be determined collaboratively with each client to ensure that they receive the support they need to achieve their therapeutic goals. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to assist you throughout your journey to emotional healing and personal growth.

All sessions are one hour
£45 Individual online
£60 Individual in person daytime (£12 is room hire)
£75 individual in person evening (£12 room hire)

£67 Couples in person Day Time (£12 is room hire)

I suggest extending the first session to 90 minutes as it allows more time to address issues, observe your interactions, and proves highly beneficial. Please enquire re price as depends on time of day and online/in person.
Concessions available depending on circumstances and available times.
We can meet once a week, a fortnight, monthly whatever you budget and time restrains allow.
Therapy can be for a limited number of sessions or open ended depending on your needs.
