My name is Stephen, I am a experienced and fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist accredited with the General Hypnotherapy Register. Hypnotherapy has been a life long passion and I feel very privileged to be working in this area. It is also highly rewarding to be helping people overcome limiting issues and problems that prevent them from moving forward and living a more positive and liberating life.

I am qualified to level 5 in psychotherapeutic counselling, fully insured, DBS checked and a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I specialise in helping people to achieve self-acceptance. I offer therapy sessions online via Zoom.

I believe all difficulties we experience with regard to our mental health are episodes and not a way of life. I see my role as a counsellor being to help you to develop and build resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem, so you can master the art of living without living being a burden.
