I am guiding people into discovering their inner and outer strengths, understanding the cause of their distress so they can learn how to live the life they desire.

My passion is helping people overcome their issues so they can LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES! I do this by helping people to understand and embrace their AUTHENTIC SELF, get in control of their MENTAL HEALTH and learn how to FLOW.

I work closely with my clients to explore and understand the areas of concern within their daily life, whether this is held somatically out of awareness, psychologically or with in the environment that they live in and/or engage with. By working in this I aim to support them to gain the tools that they need to process the area of concern and therefore work towards becoming free of it or to be able to managed it so that they can live their life in the way that they want.

I'm a warm and creative counsellor and work by making a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore uncomfortable, painful or traumatic experiences. I am experienced working with a wide range of issues, but have a particular interest and experience with people who are living with eating disorders and the effects of trauma.

My name is Jane. I am a counsellor and life coach in the Liverpool, St Helens and Merseyside area. My counselling and holistic wellness practice is based in Rainhill Village, serving Liverpool, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It's within a minutes walk from the rail station which serves Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. It's served by a direct bus from Liverpool, Widnes and Runcorn. If you are driving, there is free on-site parking.

I also offer telephone and online counselling if preferred.
