My name is Jill. I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist for 12 years and practice from a clinic based in a pretty courtyard in central Daventry with free parking.

Based in the heart of Grantham, just a few minutes walk from the town center I have a health and well-being center supporting families, individuals and couples both in person and via telephone and Skype service.

I support people who have lost their ability to cope with everyday life, struggle with anxiety and might experience burnout. I offer tried and tested techniques combined with a warm and supportive therapeutic space to help you to rebuild resilience, to have a more positive outlook and to feel like yourself again.

I am a BACP accredited counsellor and have worked in mental health for over 16 years and for the last 11 years I have worked as a counsellor in the NHS and private practice. I offer both short term and long-term therapy, I work with adults over the age of 18 and to help make therapy more accessible I can provide sessions either online or via telephone.

Alongside my work as a therapist and supervisor, I have an active interest in men’s mental health. I advocate change of attitudes to men’s mental health.
