I work closely with my clients to explore and understand the areas of concern within their daily life, whether this is held somatically out of awareness, psychologically or with in the environment that they live in and/or engage with. By working in this I aim to support them to gain the tools that they need to process the area of concern and therefore work towards becoming free of it or to be able to managed it so that they can live their life in the way that they want.

Hi, my name is Janine and I am an experienced counsellor/therapist who works with adults and young people from my therapy room in Hooton, Ellesmere Port. I offer face to face and online appointments during daytime hours, evenings and Saturday. I work online via zoom for clients countrywide or telephone.
