Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Hi I'm Lorraine working Online should you wish to book a session with me. People sometimes prefer accessing counselling this way rather than meeting in-person. Sessions will provide the same focus as in-person but often more intense and go straight to the heart of the matter.

I also offer an e-mail based counselling service which can be beneficial for those who feel stressed by having to respond in 'real-time' and prefer to have that extra time to think.

All my work is done online through Google Meet.I find working online offers greater flexibility and with the current cost of living crisis it allows for less travelling and clients can access counselling with ease.

I am qualified to level 5 in psychotherapeutic counselling, fully insured, DBS checked and a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I specialise in helping people to achieve self-acceptance. I offer therapy sessions online via Zoom.
