I can offer therapy tailored to your individual needs in a safe, friendly and non judgmental space. For me, counselling is about working together, listening to you - your wants and needs - and building a trusting relationship.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Hi I'm Lorraine working Online should you wish to book a session with me. People sometimes prefer accessing counselling this way rather than meeting in-person. Sessions will provide the same focus as in-person but often more intense and go straight to the heart of the matter.

Women's lives constantly change and evolve and we often need help with navigating our way through the unexpected and the uncertainties we meet along the way. I also offer an e-mail based counselling service which can be beneficial for those who feel stressed by having to respond in 'real-time' and prefer to have that extra time to think.
