My name is Jane. I am a counsellor and life coach in the Liverpool, St Helens and Merseyside area. My counselling and holistic wellness practice is based in Rainhill Village, serving Liverpool, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It's within a minutes walk from the rail station which serves Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. It's served by a direct bus from Liverpool, Widnes and Runcorn. If you are driving, there is free on-site parking.

I also offer telephone and online counselling if preferred.

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
