I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with experience working with individuals of all ages above 18 as well as with couples.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist providing face to face, online and telephone therapy, using an integrative approach. This means I use a variety of approaches including: person-centred; transactional analysis; psychodynamic; gestalt and; cognitive behavioural therapies. I am also a trained drama therapist; we are able to use creative media to explore your difficulties if that interests you.

I specialise in anxiety, grief, self esteem and work related issues. I also offer the Rewind Technique which is hugely effective in reducing the impact of traumatic experiences.
