Hi, you have come to the right place to talk about what's on your mind, how you are feeling and what you are going through. I am a well-trained and experienced psychotherapist/counsellor and have been practising since 2006. Your health and wellbeing is important to me when we work together, and I deal with a wide range of issues, incl. relationships, depression, stress, generalized anxiety, dating, bereavement, career, and much more.

I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist & Supervisor working with clients in Southend, nearby parts of Essex. I have over ten years of experience as a psychotherapist (since 2010) and over twenty years of experience working in mental health care settings.
I am also a Reflective Practice Facilitator and Critical Incidence Debrief Facilitator.

Telephone and online sessions (via video - using Zoom, Skype, whatsapp etc) are available. Individual and Couples therapy offered.
