I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore things in your life that may be causing distress or confusion be that something specific like bereavement, anxiety or relationship issues, to that sense that things aren't quite right and a lack of fulfilment in your everyday life. I specialise in working with chronic illness and pain, anxiety, resolving past trauma, bereavement and loss. We will work at your pace in a supportive environment.

I have 20 years experience as a counsellor and 13 years experience as a supervisor working with experienced and trainee counsellors I offer both short and long term counselling. I work with individuals and couples.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.
