Hello and welcome ... I appreciate how hard it is taking the first steps into counselling with a counsellor. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space and will be here to guide and offer you support throughout your counselling experience.

I have 20 years experience as a counsellor and 13 years experience as a supervisor working with experienced and trainee counsellors I offer both short and long term counselling. I work with individuals and couples.

Whether you are experiencing a life crisis or transition, feeling anxious or depressed, or wanting to understand difficult past experiences, I will offer you confidential, accepting and professional support.

As a professional Counsellor and Psychotherapist I am able to offer you therapeutic counselling within the safe and confidential boundaries of The Oak Therapy Room. I work with Adult's, Children and Young People supporting in a variety of ways, including talking therapy and working creatively. If you are experiencing overwhelming feelings due to the unpredictable times we are living in at the moment, please get in touch. You do not have to manage on your own.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships, family or business. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement afterwards.

Welcome - My name is Charlotte, I work from cosy therapy rooms in central Bristol. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and/or Neurodivergence differences.

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore things in your life that may be causing distress or confusion be that something specific like bereavement, anxiety or relationship issues, to that sense that things aren't quite right and a lack of fulfilment in your everyday life. I specialise in working with chronic illness and pain, anxiety, resolving past trauma, bereavement and loss. We will work at your pace in a supportive environment.

Inspiring my clients to be all that they are capable of being, providing strategies to live fully and helping them accomplish their life goals, is the most rewarding part of my work.
