I'm Michelle, a qualified Gestalt therapist. This means I'm trained to offer you a safe space to process, as well as a warm and empathetic presence. My goal is for you to feel seen, valued and find healing.

I am a qualified and accredited relationship and individual therapist with the National Counselling Society. I specialise in working with couples and individuals having relationship difficulties. I integrate Person-centred Counselling, Systemic Family Constellations and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I currently only offer counselling online via Zoom.
