I offer most of my therapy services online. I also offer face to face sessions in Luton.

You can choose to have weekly meetings or as and when you need. Some people would need open ended sessions and for others a few meetings would be enough. I am a qualified psychotherapist based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. I work with individual clients as well as with couples and relationships. I trained as a body psychotherapist at the Cambridge Centre for Body Psychotherapy and as a couple and relationship therapist at the Gestalt Centre in London. I offer weekly in person sessions of 60 mins for individual psychotherapy and fortnightly sessions of 75 or 90 mins for couple and relationship therapy.
