Hello, I’m Anna, your online therapist based in Hull, England. Since 2004, I’ve been focused on helping adults and children embrace life's challenges and cultivate a brighter future in a supportive and uplifting environment.

I specialise in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship enhancement, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you to discover your strengths and possibly make positive, lasting changes that can bring joy and fulfillment into your life.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative and CBT counsellor who works with adults from the age of 18, whose passionate to help you feel free of your past experiences which are still impacting you today, alleviating current stresses and situations which are currently causing you anxiety, creating low mood or a sense of stuckness; as well as helping you develop ways to cope with future events in a way you feel equipped to do so.

Hi I'm Lorraine working Online should you wish to book a session with me. People sometimes prefer accessing counselling this way rather than meeting in-person. Sessions will provide the same focus as in-person but often more intense and go straight to the heart of the matter.

I am a mature approachable counsellor working across the UK, much further afield than my Cornish base.

I have a special interest in women's issues of all ages from young women setting out in life, juggling career or family demands, working through past or present romantic relationships and self-esteem issues to women struggling with the menopause, retirement or wondering what a new phase of life might bring. Women's lives constantly change and evolve and we often need help with navigating our way through the unexpected and the uncertainties we meet along the way.
