I am a Person-Centred counsellor who offers a warm, safe and supportive space for you to explore any emotional difficulties and issues that you may be experiencing right now. I believe counselling can be beneficial to everyone.

My name is Maureen, I am a qualified counsellor. I helped many clients and I feel it is a privileged to be able to help others find a way through. I work with individuals, children over the age of 12 years, families and couples.

Welcome to my practice. I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor offering counselling to individuals (adults of all ages, young children and adolescents) and couples. I also work with other family dynamics (siblings, parent child etc).

I want to offer you a safe and supportive space. I know what it is like not to be understood or to have feelings and thoughts that are too difficult to voice. I will help you to explore your true feelings and together we will find choices specific to you that lead to positive change.

If you are dealing with an overwhelming situation, feeling stuck or battling negative emotions, we can work together to help you find a way forward. I can help you to learn individual coping-skills and regain balance.

As a MBACP registered counselling psychologist and psychotherapist and a certified fitness, health and wellbeing specialist, working with peoples' wellbeing has been the cornerstone of my 35-year career. I offer counselling online using Zoom, Skype, Facetime or WhatsApp.

I practise an integrative style of therapy, blending relevant theories and models to best suit your needs.

I work in a calm way with open communication. I am not afraid to think outside the box when it comes to connecting with my clients

I am a BACP registered counsellor with experience working in the NHS, for a national charity, with local businesses and in Private Practice. I offer both short and long term work face to face, online and by phone.
