Welcome to my profile. My name is Shilpa. I am qualified person-centred counsellor registered with the BACP. I mainly practice online and offer individual therapy. You can choose to have weekly meetings or as and when you need. Some people would need open ended sessions and for others a few meetings would be enough. Clients reach out to me for various reasons such as to seek support with a particular difficult situation or a more long term issue.
