Hello, my name is Bev, and I welcome you to my page. I offer counselling services for individuals and couples. In a secure and confidential setting, your voice will be heard, and you will be valued for who you truly are. My aim is to provide comfort and ease. As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I embrace humanistic principles, concentrating on your personal development and self-discovery. By getting to know you and grasping your challenges, I can offer considerate support throughout your journey.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

I offer online therapy via Zoom, WhatsApp or by using the telephone. This can be for either short-term or long-term work. Online counselling provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment, without the need to travel.

Hi I'm Lorraine working Online should you wish to book a session with me. People sometimes prefer accessing counselling this way rather than meeting in-person. Sessions will provide the same focus as in-person but often more intense and go straight to the heart of the matter.

I am a mature approachable counsellor working across the UK, much further afield than my Cornish base.

Online therapy offers you the flexibility to have sessions at a time and place that suites you. Online counselling can help with a wide range of issues, such as: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship issues, Stress and burnout.

I have a special interest in women's issues of all ages from young women setting out in life, juggling career or family demands, working through past or present romantic relationships and self-esteem issues to women struggling with the menopause, retirement or wondering what a new phase of life might bring. I also offer an e-mail based counselling service which can be beneficial for those who feel stressed by having to respond in 'real-time' and prefer to have that extra time to think.

I am passionate about working with people and with my background in nursing I have spent the past 30 years doing just that. I am an integrative therapist, specialising in relational and psychosexual therapy for individuals, intimate partners and couples. I work with families and non intimate partners and those who are concerned about compulsive sexual behaviours and their partners.

I have worked as a Counsellor for 15 years specialising in Addiction, Relationships and Anxiety.

All my work is done online through Google Meet.I find working online offers greater flexibility and with the current cost of living crisis it allows for less travelling and clients can access counselling with ease.
