I am a professional qualified person centred counsellor. I trained as a mental health nurse 30 years ago. I now work as a professional qualified counsellor in my private practice. I am passionate, caring , empathic to life crisis and I can support you to have a better life. I am non judgemental and you can speak in confidence to me. I have many resources to support you to make the changes that you want to achieve.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients of different ages, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs. I use an integrative approach, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing. Inspiring my clients to be all that they are capable of being, providing strategies to live fully and helping them accomplish their life goals, is the most rewarding part of my work.

My name is Kerry, I am a Person- Centred Counsellor. I offer face-to-face counselling in Bath and Frome, and I also offer online and telephone counselling.

Welcome - My name is Charlotte, I work from cosy therapy rooms in central Bristol. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and/or Neurodivergence differences.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships, family or business. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement afterwards.

The Therapeutical Approach I am working with is person-centred which means I am looking at the person as a whole and not the problem. It is client led, you have the autonomy to decide what it is that you want and need to talk about at your own pace. I have experience with a lot of issues such as Anxiety, lack of self-esteem and confidence, loss and depression, Neurodiversity - just to mention a few.

There are times when getting a different perspective on things can help, whether that is to simply feel like someone is listening, to delving into issues that feel too difficult to face alone. Therapy offers you that opportunity. I work online so that you can fit your session into your life without the extra time needed to travel, making it easier to take that step and get the support you are looking for at this time.
