My name is Mandy, I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Relationship Counsellor. I run my own private practice in Bramley, near Guildford, Surrey.

I am an experienced professional with a passion for helping people and a proven track record of delivering results. By deciding to make positive changes in your life and having the courage to seek support, you've taken a significant first step. I can help you navigate through difficult life experiences, move forward, and lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life using new tools and techniques that work.

I help clients navigate through their intrusive thoughts, find clarity and supporting them to make choices and confidence to truly express what they need. Looking at what is triggering and ways to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings, and helping them find a sense of calm in their lives.
