I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist working from my own therapy room in Basingstoke, Hants. I am experienced in counselling adults and young people with a range of challenges including: anxiety, panic & phobias, addiction, anger management, bereavement and loss, depression, depression, low self-esteem & confidence issues, stress and relationship issues.

I offer in-person, online and walk-and-talk counselling and I have experience working on a variety of issues, with people from different backgrounds.

My approach is warm and collaborative and I work with a wide range of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, anger management, self-esteem and life-transitions.

I began counselling in 2009, working long or short term with young people (10 years & up) and adults. I offer therapy in person, online or via telephone throughout the week including evenings. I pull from over 15 years of training and experience to offer a therapeutic environment tailored to the person I am working with.
