Hi I’m Ali, I think of myself as a relationship counsellor because I help individuals who struggle in their relationship with themselves (and often others) and couples who have found that tension and conflict are eroding their connection with each other.

We can feel lost for so many reasons, loss of a loved one, breakdown of a long term relationship, loss of a job life role change such as having a baby or children flying the nest, menopause loss of health, traumatic life event where we feel we can never be the same again.
