I am a NHS trained integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, mindfulness and compassion teacher and clinical supervisor. I have been training and working in the mental health profession since 2009 and have 20 years experience working in the public, private and charity sectors. I am a registered member of BACP, and of BAMBA and I am on the Professional Standards Authority Professional Accredited Register.

I am a BACP registered counsellor with experience working in the NHS, for a national charity, with local businesses and in Private Practice. I offer both short and long term work face to face, online and by phone.

I am a qualified Relational/Integrative Therapist with experience in both face-to-face and online therapy. My therapeutic approach is client-centred and tailored to your unique experiences and needs. In my work I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred, and humanistic theories of therapy with a focus on exploring early childhood experiences and significant life events to better understand how these may link to what brings you to therapy.

Hello. My name is Sally, and my style of counselling is integrative which means I draw from many different theory types in order to match them to your needs.

I am offering face to face and online therapy. I work with a range of issues and am passionate about helping you to understand who you are, leading towards growth and a deeper understanding. Maybe you feel like something is not right and need some professional help to work through it.

As a counsellor I offer a safe, non critical and welcoming place to my clients. When clients come to me I listen. I hear the reasons they are seeking counselling and the space I provide is used by the clients to come to a better understanding of these issues.
