Counselling with me is a safe space to unburden yourself. I offer specialist support for issues relating to parenting, family life and family relationships, pregnancy, birth and other traumas, PND and depression. No expectations and no pressure, we'll take it one step at a time to suit you.

Since I started counselling, I've had the privilege of supporting many people in tackling life's challenges. I help you understand your emotional patterns, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and help you to make choices that are the best for you.
