We can feel lost for so many reasons, loss of a loved one, breakdown of a long term relationship, loss of a job life role change such as having a baby or children flying the nest, menopause loss of health, traumatic life event where we feel we can never be the same again. Equally for no reason, on paper maybe you have it all, but….. is it what you want?
