I'm a qualified psychotherapist who works with teenagers and adults, offering both short-term and long-term therapy options.

I provide therapy both online and from my office in Blackheath, South East London. I specialise in disordered eating, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, relationship problems and life transitions.

I believe that when we can’t change a situation and become ’stuck’ we need some help to see the situation clearly and find a way to change ourselves. We need to put the pieces of the jigsaw back together in order to see a clear picture. I can help with a wide range of issues and help you surmount whatever challenges you face.

Welcome. Sometimes the hardest step to take when reaching out for help is the first. Whatever the reason that has brought you here today, I am here to help. I am a counsellor specialising bereavement, grief and loss. I offer in-person sessions, based in Ilford, Essex, and also work with clients online. My therapy dog, Luna, is also on hand to accompany me to sessions if you feel you would benefit from the calming and grounding presence that dogs can bring to a therapy environment.

Hello, I'm Amar, I offer therapy using Psychotherapeutic, Integrative Counselling and CBT approaches. I use a wide range of clinical counselling techniques. My foundation and grounding is in Person-Centred therapy, this is an non-directive approach and from time to time I use elements of other approaches where appropriate.
