Hello, I'm Amar, I offer therapy using Psychotherapeutic, Integrative Counselling and CBT approaches. I use a wide range of clinical counselling techniques. I have helped countless individuals overcome a variety of mental health challenges, from relationship difficulties to anxiety, depression, anger management, and low self-esteem.

As an integrative therapist, and therapeutic coach, I believe the process of psychotherapy can elicit excitement as well as anxiety-provoking feelings as you begin to make active changes in your life.
