I'm a qualified psychotherapist who works with teenagers and adults, offering both short-term and long-term therapy options.

I provide therapy both online and from my office in Blackheath, South East London. I specialise in disordered eating, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, ADHD, relationship problems and life transitions.
