Hello, I'm Amar, I offer therapy using Psychotherapeutic, Integrative Counselling and CBT approaches. I use a wide range of clinical counselling techniques. I have helped countless individuals overcome a variety of mental health challenges, from relationship difficulties to anxiety, depression, anger management, and low self-esteem.

There are many reasons why individuals and couples see me. Sometimes it’s general. Or there may be a specific reason such as loss, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression or relationship issues. If you are struggling to cope, there is no need to do so alone, let me help.

I'm a psychodynamic therapist working in person for those living or working in West London, and also online - depending on what is most convenient for you. I have a special interest in women's health, fertility and perinatal issues, parenthood and work burnout, and also work with people experiencing depression and anxiety who want to understand why they feel that way, and what might need to change.
